Our first Squad Training of 2025 will be held on the 1st February in Saltcoats. All brown and black belts who want to improve their skills and are willing to work hard are welcome to attend.
Squad training is an opportunity to push yourself slightly out of your comfort zone and walk away with the feeling you have achieved a personal goal. Essential training for those who want to represent our country at championships around the world but also for those who are serious about training in JKA Karate.
Booking is now open and will close on Friday 31st January at 12 noon.

- By booking a place you declare that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in this course. You also indemnify the organisers and officials of the said course in respect of any negligence, loss, injury, or damage caused. You fully understand and agree that Karate is a high risk sport and injury is a foreseeable consequence whilst participating in this event.
