Our May squad Training will be held in The Training Station in Saltcoats on the 24th May.  The class will start at 11am with just over an hour of kata then just over an hour of kumite, finishing at 1.30pm  Students may attend either section of squad or both sections.

• By booking a place you declare that you are physically and mentally fit to participate in this course. You also indemnify the organisers and officials of the said course in respect of any negligence, loss, injury, or damage caused. You fully understand and agree that Karate is a high risk sport and injury is a foreseeable consequence whilst participating in this event.
