On what has to be the wettest Saturday of the year a bunch of eager students made their way to St Matthews Academy in Saltcoats for October’s squad training session. Hard work, dedication and commitment had to be the common denominator for all in attendance. A fabulous training session and essential pre Dan grading practice for all. Many thanks to Squad coach Sensei John Deans and Squad manager Sensei Gordon Williamson for the effort they make to help us all improve our karate and continue making future champions.
